Takshas provides educational technology solutions through three main platforms:

• Takshas Homepage: Corporate website with information about our services and contact functionality
• Takshas Pulse: Learning Management System (LMS) for educational institutions and students
• Takshas Leap: Career guidance platform providing personalized career recommendations and resources

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our platforms, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current

For educational institutions using Takshas Pulse LMS, we comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and serve as a school official with legitimate educational interests. Educational records are maintained with appropriate confidentiality and access controls.

Platform Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of our platforms, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with notice when possible
• Perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect availability
• Update these terms and notify users of material changes
• Terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms

Payment and Subscription Terms

For paid services, the following terms apply:

• Payment is due according to the billing schedule for your subscription
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to our platforms will cease
• We may delete your account and associated data according to our data retention policy
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and indemnification will survive termination
• You may request data export before account deletion

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
